Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare alerts and newsletters, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and aligned with the firm’s standards.
• Manage and update the firm’s social media platforms, including planning content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
• Coordinate and manage corporate gifts and event collaterals, ensuring consistency with the firm’s branding and quality standards.
• Act as the point of contact for press and media matters, including handling enquiries and coordinating responses.
• Maintain and update the firm’s website, ensuring all content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in communications, branding, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within a legal or professional services firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to draft clear, accurate, and professional alerts and contents for newsletters.
• Experience in managing corporate social media platforms and website in a professional setting, with an understanding of appropriate tone, messaging, and brand positioning.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with partners, lawyers and the team.
