Role Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end ecommerce inventory and fulfilment operations to ensure products are available, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and inventory is accurately managed across all ecommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan inventory replenishment based on sales trends and campaign forecasts.
• Coordinate incoming containers, stock allocation and new product listings.
• Work closely with Purchasing and Warehouse to maintain stock availability.
• Monitor fulfilment performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage stock transfers, inventory discrepancies, damaged items, returns and refunds.
• Track inventory health, ageing, stock-outs and replenishment needs.
• Prepare inventory and fulfilment reports with improvement recommendations.
• Support campaign readiness and ensure smooth ecommerce operational flow.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Ecommerce or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in ecommerce operations, inventory or fulfilment.
• Experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok Shop.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/WMS/OMS is an advantage.
• Analytical, organised and able to work cross-functionally.
