Role Purpose

To support the Human Resource department in daily operations while gaining practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, performance management, and people operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic working environment and develops practical HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and filing systems.
• Support attendance, leave records, and HR database updates.
• Assist in preparing letters, forms, reports, and other HR administrative documents.
• Support employee engagement activities, company events, training sessions, and internal communications.
• Perform data entry, document compilation, and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure proper organization of HR files and confidential documents.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the HR Department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, other related fields.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.60 and above will be preferred.
• Internship commencement: September 2026 onwards.
• Preferred internship duration: 6 months to 1 year.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Good time management skills and able to complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
