Job Description

We are seeking two passionate and dynamic Sales Executives to join our Shah Alam and Wangsa Maju branches. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the assigned showroom.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate sales by promoting products and suggesting suitable alternatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle enquiries professionally.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and overall presentation.
• Process customer orders and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Assist the HQ Content Creator & with ad hoc tasks related to content materials when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Minimum Certificate/STPM/ Diploma or above with basic English communication skills.
• Knowledge of tiles and mosaic products is an added advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to travel when required.

Interviews will be conducted at HQ Kajang. Successful candidates must be available to undergo training at HQ Kajang for an unspecified period before reporting to their assigned showroom.

Working Days & Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 9:15 AM – 6:00 PM

· Sunday (at Shah Alam showroom only): 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Sunday duty is scheduled on a rotation basis among assigned Sales Executives from Shah Alam, HQ Kajang and Wangsa Maju.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
