Kerja Sepenuh Masa Supply Chain Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di PET WORLD NUTRITION SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Purpose of the position

To ensure a smooth operation of Supply Chain process and policy.

Key responsibilities & duties.

• To monitor supply chain and legal documentation of the logistics process.
• Monitor import and export certification and legal requirement.
• Managed in products inventory management (good receiving and invoicing and in/outbound and return process).
• To plan and control delivery activities.
• To plan and coordinate logistic activities to achieve higher level of efficiency & lower deliver cost.
• To coordinate activities in buying products and involve in engaging suppliers and factory.
• To ensure department SOP process and ISO compliance.
• Forecast demand planning to ensure supply sufficient stock for sales.
• Arrange shipment including import or export from/to foreign countries.
• To analyses the transportation costing.
• Delivery planning for in-bound and out-bound.
• Document checking for import and export purpose (Invoice/packing list/BL/K1/FORM D etc)
• Familiar with export market’s importation requirement
• License / shipping documents registration
• Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management.

Academic or trade qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business or Administration or International Business or equivalent.

Work experience and skills

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Do not mind to work extra mileage and highly commitment and responsibility to work.
• Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
