We are looking for a Branch Support Operations professional to support our client's vehicle operations, inspections, inventory management, and logistics while ensuring every vehicle meets high-quality standards.

What You'll Do
Vehicle Inspection & Handover
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
- Perform inbound and outbound vehicle inspections during branch transfers.
- Complete vehicle handover checklists and submit inspection reports.
- Update inspection records accurately.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Prepare vehicles for customer test drives.
- Perform post-test drive inspections and arrange necessary touch-ups.
- Coordinate vehicle washing and appearance preparation.
- Ensure Puspakom B5/B7 re-inspections are completed before expiry.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Perform monthly vehicle stock counts.
- Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records.
- Update vehicle tracking systems during vehicle collections.
- Organize and tag vehicle keys for efficient tracking.
Vehicle Collection & Logistics
- Prepare vehicles for dealer and customer collections.
- Coordinate vehicle movements between branches and storage yards.
- Assist with vehicle handovers across different branches.
- Support loading and unloading of vehicles for transportation.
- Coordinate inter-branch vehicle transfers with the logistics team.
- Manage vehicle movement documentation and system updates.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the automotive industry.
- Automotive education or technical knowledge is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of JPJ and Puspakom procedures is an added advantage.
