Role Description The Senior Marketing Executive is a full-time role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow AIA Bee Malaysia’s brand presence and client base. This hybrid position is based in Shah Alam, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting sales initiatives through targeted marketing activities. The role also involves managing digital and offline marketing channels, preparing marketing materials and presentations, and collaborating with the agency team to align marketing efforts with business goals. The Senior Marketing Executive is expected to track campaign performance, optimize activities based on data, and contribute ideas to enhance client engagement and retention.

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.

• Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or agency marketing is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
