What You'll Do

• Moderate comments during TikTok and Facebook livestreams.
• Respond to customer enquiries about products, sizing, colours, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
• Highlight important customer questions to the livestream host.
• Pin key messages, vouchers, and promotional announcements during live sessions.
• Remove spam and inappropriate comments to maintain a positive community.
• Keep the chat active and engaging by interacting with viewers.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality.
• Fast typing and strong multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in fashion, social media, and e-commerce.
• Able to work weekends and night shifts 9pm- 12 midnight or during scheduled livestreams.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to think quickly under pressure.
