Location: Sunway Velocity near MRT

Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 (based on experience)

Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier technical solutions? We are looking for a Technical & Post-Sales Engineer to bridge technical execution, sales support, and customer success—specifically within the security surveillance domain.

• Implementation & Deployment: Lead post-sales system setup, configuration, testing, and commissioning (on-site & remote).
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
• Client Training & Handover: Conduct hands-on system training for clients and serve as their trusted technical contact.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and work independently (Comprehensive on-site training will be provided!).
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, or Alarm Systems is a strong advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degrees are highly encouraged to apply!
