* Handle the company's full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.

* Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.

* Prepare quotations, invoices, debit/credit notes, and customer statements.

* Ensure compliance with *e-Invoicing* requirements and maintain accurate accounting records.

* Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and government authorities.

* Assist with annual audit, tax computation, and statutory reporting.

* Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

* Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.

* Prepare and extract reports using SQL Accounting or other accounting/logistics systems.

* Coordinate logistics documentation and support daily transport and car carrier operations.

* Handle ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
