Sepenuh Masa Supervisor, Facility Maintenance Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in SWIFT COLD CHAIN SDN BHD Shah Alam - Maukerja

Swift Group opened new subsidiary called as Swift Cold Chain at Shah Alam International Logistics Hub at Shah Alam Seksyen 16. We are looking for a proactive Supervisor, Facility Maintenance to oversee the maintenance, security, and refrigeration systems of our temperature-controlled warehouse. The successful candidate will ensure smooth facility operations while maintaining compliance with food safety, Halal, and HSEQ standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of warehouse facilities, cold rooms, freezers, and office buildings.
• Monitor refrigeration systems to ensure continuous temperature control and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair works for facility and refrigeration equipment.
• Oversee security operations, including access control, CCTV monitoring, visitor management, and security personnel.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and safety systems, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Support food safety, HSEQ, and regulatory compliance during daily operations and audits.
• Maintain maintenance records, temperature logs, security reports, and inspection documentation.
• Lead emergency response activities and drive continuous improvements in facility reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Certificate in Facility Management, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Security Management or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, security operations or refrigeration system supervision
• Experience in temperature-controlled warehouse, cold chain logistics or food-related facilities is highly preferred
• Candidates must be willing to be based at Ssksyen 16, Shah Alam
