We're looking for an experienced Senior / Process Engineer to join our growing Process Department. If you're passionate about solving complex engineering challenges, leading technical excellence and delivering innovative water treatment solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Senior / Process Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop industrial water and wastewater treatment systems that meet client requirements, regulatory standards and operational objectives.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, process control philosophy, equipment specifications, layouts and technical documentation.
• Select suitable process equipment, prepare equipment master lists, review supplier quotations, and support procurement activities.
• Lead technical discussions, project kick-off meetings and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Mechanical Design, Project teams, clients, contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage process engineering deliverables to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, on time and within project requirements.
• Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and site activities.
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations, drawings and submissions for clients and regulatory authorities, including the Department of Environment (DOE).
• Review engineering drawings and technical deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
• Contribute to technical brainstorming, identify engineering risks, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and lessons learned during the design, project execution and post-project review stages.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years and above of relevant experience in industrial water and wastewater treatment.
• Strong knowledge of process design, engineering calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment selection, and process optimization.
• Experience in project execution, technical coordination and client engagement.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and DOE requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
• This position is open to Malaysian citizens only.
