Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support system integrations between internal and external applications.
- Manage and maintain EDI and API integrations with customers and business partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve business processes.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and business insights.
- Work closely with business users, customers, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and process efficiency.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in system integration, EDI, API, or automation projects.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, WMS, TMS, or SAP environments is an added advantage.
