Hiring: Nature Educator / Workshop Facilitator (Part-Time & Freelance)

We are looking for passionate and engaging individuals to join our team as Nature Educators!

If you love nature, enjoy art, and find joy in connecting with both children and adults, this role might be for you.

Open Roles:

• Main Educator
• Assistant Facilitator

Job Scope:

• Conduct outdoor educational nature walks
• Deliver lessons based on provided lesson plans – both educational and art experiences
• Facilitate interactive, hands-on learning experiences in a natural environment
• Confidently engage and manage groups (from young children to adults)
• Passionate about art (Bonus but not required)

Requirements:

• Comfortable working outdoors
• Confident in speaking to groups
• Interest in nature, art, sustainability, or environmental education
• Responsible and able to follow structured lesson plans
• Bonus if you have early childhood experience or educational background!

Details:

• Nature Educators: Avg $30–$40/hour, based on programme and session scope.
• Assistant Facilitators: Avg $20–$25/hour, based on programme, session scope and your experience.
• Part-time / flexible sessions
