Job Description

• Handle daily administrative and office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.
• Follow up on customer payments and assist with monthly account closing activities.
• Maintain accurate employee attendance, leave, and personnel records.
• Assist in payroll preparation and statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and preparation of HR-related documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for administrative, accounting, and HR records.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors, and government authorities when required.
• Perform other administrative, accounting, and HR-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount or SQL Accounting).
• Familiar with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
