Job Description

Responsibilities

HR, Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Singapore (On-site)

Role Overview

A fast-growing asset management firm is looking for a motivated professional to take on a dynamic, high-visibility role spanning HR, office management, and executive support. You'll manage core HR processes, keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, and work directly with senior leadership as their trusted executive assistant — gaining broad exposure to how an asset management firm operates while helping shape both the employee experience and organisational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Own end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
  • Act as the go-to point of contact for employee queries and HR matters.

Office Management

  • Manage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Organise company events, team activities, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain a well-functioning, efficient, and positive workplace.
  • Handle basic finance/admin tasks: expense tracking, invoices, and office budgets.

Executive Assistance

  • Support senior management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Manage calendars, prioritise competing requests, and keep communication flowing across the leadership team.
  • Support investor relations and external communications as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR, office management, or executive support; startup or asset management experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Singapore employment regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
  • A natural problem-solver and initiator — resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting to be asked.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a lean, dynamic team.
