Contract Period: From 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of one year from 1 September 2027 to 31August 2028.

Working hours:
·     Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break.
·     Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:
·     Manage the reception counter and handle phone calls, enquiries and visitors promptly.
·     Filing and mailing of letters.
·     Attend to deliveries, including ensuring all items received are properly documented and promptly directed to the relevant parties.
·     Support sick bay operations and provide basic first aid to students when required.
·     Handle lost and found items.
·     Handle students leaving school early.
·     Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and sick bay areas.
·     Ensure sick bay is well-stocked and properly maintained at all times.
·     Assist in packing and relocation preparations.
·     Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned by the school.

Qualifications, skills and experience:
·    GCE “N” Level or equivalent
·    At least 2 years of relevant experience in reception or general administration.
·    Proficient in both written and spoken English.
·    Able to perform basic word processing and data entry.
·    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
·    Pleasant, approachable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
·    Prior work experience in a school environment, particularly in a primary school, is an advantage.
·    Knowledge of basic first aid is an advantage.
