Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-in customers. 
• Understand customers' renovation or building requirements and recommend suitable products. 
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales. 
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. 
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system. 
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment. 
• Provide excellent before and after-sales service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, retail sales, or e-commerce client-facing roles.
• Demonstrable experience in prospecting and closing commercial deals with merchants or B2B clients.
• Proven skills in Sales, Sales Prospecting, Retail Sales, Negotiation, Closing (Sales), and Communication.
• Practical experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software and preparing commercial proposals.
• Customer-focused communicator who explains technical concepts in plain language.
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple merchant projects and timelines.
