What You'll Do

• Experience Centre Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, visitor flow, inventory control, and ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-standard visitor environment.

• Administrative Leadership: Manage enquiries via phone/email, maintain operational records, coordinate supply ordering, and oversee team scheduling and logistics.

• Guided Tours & Storytelling Strategy: Lead and mentor the tour delivery team, ensuring all guided tours for individuals, families, school groups, and corporate clients are professional, captivating, and informative.

• Live Demonstrations Oversight: Supervise the delivery of live demonstrations, ensuring clarity in explaining functions, principles, and real-world applications, while maintaining safety and interactivity standards.

• Visitor Engagement & Quality Control: Set the tone for warm, welcoming visitor interactions; handle complex or escalated inquiries about exhibits and technology; and ensure a consistently high-quality, orderly tour experience.

• Event & Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute events, workshops, and group visit programs, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

• Feedback & Insight Utilization: Systematically gather and analyse common visitor questions and interests, using frontline insights to continuously refine tour content, experience flow, and team training.

• Visitor Coordination & Resource Allocation: Oversee visitor greeting protocols, coordinate demo session schedules, and manage group tour logistics to optimise team efficiency and visitor satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (recent graduates are welcome to apply).

• A natural people-person who enjoys connecting with visitors of all ages and backgrounds, and who can lead by example in customer interaction.

• A quick learner with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and guide others in translating them into accessible, engaging language.

• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Manage rotating team schedules.
