Full Time Finance Director - Singapore Based Jobs, in PKF-CAP - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join a fast-growing global quantitative hedge fund platform, based in Singapore and reporting directly to the Group COO.

About the Role

This is a newly created, senior leadership position responsible for building and leading the full Finance function across all group entities, including Corporate Accounting, Fund Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and General Counsel on global corporate and fund structure
• Lead financial reporting, audit, tax, treasury, and budgeting across all entities
• Oversee fund finance including NAV, fee flows, and investor reporting
• Manage cross-border tax and transfer pricing strategies
• Build and develop a high-calibre finance team
• Drive finance systems and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 15–20 years of progressive finance experience in CFO, Finance Director, or Controller roles
• Prior experience at hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or multi-manager platforms
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP, fund accounting, and cross-border tax
• Asia-based and China cross-border experience preferred
• Qualified accountant (CPA, CA, or ACCA); CFA or MBA an advantage
