The Role
The Wellness Facilitator supports the Club Manager in running all aspects of the club, ensuring excellent member experiences. This role is perfect for someone ready to step into a hospitality role, grow with the company, and make a real impact on both the community and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering warm, welcoming customer service
• Assisting customers with ice baths, sauna, steam room and the hot bath
• Explaining basic recovery concepts and safety guidelines (training provided)
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards
• Ensuring availability of towels and swimmers for guests
• Taking payment for services, F&B or merchandise sold
• Preparing beverages or light food (when needed)
• Supporting events, community sessions, and brand activations

• Members: Feel welcomed, valued, and motivated to return.
• Team: Supported and consistently high-performing.
• Operations: Smooth-running daily operations with strong compliance.

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,300.00 per month
