DIC (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd – Internship Opportunity for QESH-Related Fields Students

DIC Malaysia, established in 1975, is a leading innovator and market leader in the printing inks industry. Our Shah Alam facility is equipped with advanced technologies for both liquid and paste ink production, supporting a wide range of industrial applications.

We are offering internship placements for students pursuing Safety, Environmental, or QESH-related fields under our QESH Department.

What You Will Experience

From your first day, you will gain exposure to real QESH operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be supported by experienced mentors, build practical safety-related skills, and contribute to meaningful activities aligned with your academic background. The internship structure will be curated based on your course requirements to ensure a relevant and valuable learning experience.

This internship gives you:

  • Practical exposure to QESH systems in a leading manufacturing facility
  • Opportunities to apply academic theories in real operational scenarios
  • Guided mentorship from experienced QESH professionals
  • Hands-on experience with QESH-related standards:

o ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems
o ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems
o OHSAS 18001:2007 – Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems

  • A structured internship aligned with your academic and career objectives

Who We are Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health, Or other safety/environment-related fields
  • Strong interest in QESH, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
