Summary
During probation 5.5 days: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat 8:30am-12:30pm
Industry : Third-party logistics (3PL) company
Location: Tuas Ave 9
Fulltime with Bonus
Responsibilities:
Monitor and process daily job requests received via email.
Perform data entry and prepare operational documents accurately.
Coordinate with customers on job schedules, status updates, and enquiries.
Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth job execution.
Maintain proper records and filing of operational documents.
Support daily administrative duties and assist with other tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service support
Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations will be an advantage
Proficient in email communication and Microsoft Office applications
