About the Roles

We are seeking a Sales Executive / Account Manager to join a growing IT and printing solutions business based in the Central region. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule (8.30am – 5.30pm), offering a competitive package of up to $3,000 basic salary plus commission, allowances, AWS, and variable bonuses. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy client engagement, sales growth, and building long-term business relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and market research activities.
• Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to support repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Assess client needs and propose suitable printing and IT solutions, clearly communicating their value.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
• Stay informed on industry developments, competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Analyse market insights to uncover new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals, effectively articulating value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Prior sales experience in IT office automation or a related field will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Comfortable working with IT systems and digital tools.
