About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Logistics & Production Coordinator to support our daily production and logistics operations. This role is suited for someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery and basic equipment for production tasks.
• Inspect, assemble, package, and label finished products according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, production output, and deliveries.
• Follow all company safety guidelines, hygiene policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with the administrative and production teams to ensure timely stock availability for production.
• Assist the Quality Control (QC) team with the inspection and release of finished goods.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including storage, handling, and delivery of goods (Class 3 driving licence required).
• Perform loading, unloading, and internal movement of goods within the warehouse or worksite.

Requirements

- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.

- Willingness to learn to operate equipment used in operation and warehouse (e.g. pallet jet, basic machinery).

- Responsible, punctual, and a strong team player.

- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Good attention to detail and good communication skills.

- Able to understand and comply with work instructions and safety guidelines.

- Candidates with HALAL ISO certification would be added advantage.

- Physically fit and able to perform manual lifting.

Other Details
- Working location: Kallang Basin Industrial Estate (nearest MRT: DTL Bendemeer/ EW Lavender)
- Working hours: 5 days, 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
- Salary package: Basic salary + OT + AWS + VB (subject to performance)
- Annual contract subject to probation
