Exciting opportunity with a Statutory Board - involving the Conservation and Urban Design in Singapore
Location: Maxwell
Working Hours: Office Hours
Salary: Up to $3,500 per month
Duration: 6 months subject to extensionKey Responsibilities:
Edit and clean approved building and floor plans in various formats, including 2D CAD and 3D BIM files.
Ensure CAD and BIM data is accurately documented, organized, and maintained in accordance with project standards.
Track and update the progress of data digitalization activities to support timely project delivery.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of digitalization workflows and milestones.
Maintain proper filing and version control of digital planning and urban design datasets.
Support the preparation and delivery of digital planning data for implementation and operational use.Job Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma in Architecture or related fields
Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD.
