Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and seamless onboarding of new hires.

Performance Management: Draft structural Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various departments and actively review individual performance indicators to align employee output with company goals.

Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, manage compensation structures, and ensure accurate tracking of leave, perks, and salary benchmarks.

Policy & Compliance: Review, update, and maintain the Employee Handbook to ensure company policies remain competitive, modern, and fully compliant with local labor laws.

Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, workplace issues and benefits
