Our client is looking for a detail-oriented temporary Accounting Assistant to support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. You will be responsible for handling AP functions, especially invoice processing and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable functions, including invoice processing (large volume) and payment tracking
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system
Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with company policies
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment matters
Assist with month-end closing activities when necessary
Provide administrative support to the finance team
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field(s)
Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting or finance experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office operations; Microsoft D365 knowledge will be an added advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
