Job description

#This role will provide strategic programme leadership, oversee regulatory and governance activities, and ensure business-as-usual (BAU) continuity throughout the transformation.

Work closely with senior stakeholders, driving alignment across multiple workstreams while ensuring programme risks, dependencies and deliverables are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership & Strategic Coordination

·       Lead end-to-end programme planning and execution across multiple workstreams.

·       Drive alignment of milestones, deliverables, dependencies and resource allocation.

·       Act as the key escalation point for cross-functional issues and programme governance.

·       Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.

Regulatory & Governance

·       Lead regulatory engagement activities and oversee submission timelines.

·       Chair programme governance forums, including Steering Committees and Working Groups.

·       Ensure key decisions, actions and risks are appropriately documented, tracked and followed through.

·       Maintain compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements.

BAU Oversight & Risk Management

·       Ensure business-as-usual operations remain stable throughout programme execution.

·       Identify, assess and mitigate programme risks, issues and interdependencies.

·       Maintain programme-level RAID logs and drive timely resolution of critical issues.

·       Embed appropriate governance and operational controls into programme delivery.

• Requirements
  Degree holder

·       Minimum 10 years of experience in Programme Management, Project Management(PMO)and/or Business Analysis.

·       Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or strategic change programmes.

·       Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

·       Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.

·       Experience supporting M&A integration, legal entity migration or large-scale organizational transformation programmes.
