The Architectural Supervisor / Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. This role oversees architectural works on construction sites, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately, safely, and in accordance with regulations and project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, IOW, sub-contractors, suppliers and site teams, reviewing drawings and plans, monitoring work progress, and resolving technical issues that arise on site. The role also involves supervising site teams, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and supporting project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance activities. The Architectural Supervisor / Engineer is expected to maintain clear communication with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement in construction processes and design implementation.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications such as a Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and construction practices in Malaysia.
• Practical experience in site supervision or architectural engineering within the construction industry
