Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible forgenerating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships andgrowing the company's customer portfolio. This role requires a proactiveindividual with strong sales, communication, and relationship management skillsto support revenue growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

·      Identify, develop, and pursue new businessopportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.

·      Sourcing of leads through networking, referrals, coldcalling, email campaigns and market research.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existingand prospective clients.

·      Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product orservice demonstrations.

·      Understand customer needs and propose suitablesolutions to meet their business requirements.

·      Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, andnegotiate business terms.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smoothonboarding and delivery of services.

·      Maintain confidentiality of client information andbusiness data.

·      Contribute ideas to improving brand awareness and marketpositioning.

·      Analyze market trends and competitor offerings toidentify gaps and opportunities for business expansion.

·      Ensure timely reports submission to analyze trends andprogress.

Requirements:

·       Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·       At least 2-5 years of experience in B2B services ishighly preferred.

·      Proven record of successfully delivering results beyond established performance objectives and KPIs.
