Kerja Sepenuh Masa M-E Coordinator, Gaji tinggi SGD 4,000 di 4HK PROJECTS PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily M&E activities on-site with main contractor, subcontractors and suppliers including materials delivery and technical matters to ensure smooth execution.
• Review M&E drawings and identify technical queries to resolve discrepancies between different sets of drawings and on site and issues arising during project execution.
• Conduct in-progress and joint inspections, testing and commissioning activities with consultants and authorities
• Assist in preparing testing reports, technical reports and handover documentation and coordination of meetings
• Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works comply with project specifications, quality standards, QA/QC, WSH requirements, statutory regulations and report any delays, risks or discrepancies
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related field with relevant working experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations and industry standards is preferred.
• Experience with HDB projects will be an advantage.
