Job Description
- Oversee the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and issue resolutions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimise O2C workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports related to O2C operations for management review.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their performance and skills.
- Address and resolve escalated issues related to customer accounts or payments.
- Support audits and ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions.
A Successful O2C Process Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process and financial operations.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from MYR 108000 to MYR 132000.
