Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful insights, developing reports and dashboards, and working closely with cross-functional teams to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Perform statistical analysis to support business initiatives and strategic planning.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Maintain documentation of data definitions, reporting procedures, and analytical methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role (Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply, if applicable).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Python or R is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, finance, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
