Kerja Sepenuh Masa Finance Manager (MANUFACTURING), Gaji tinggi MYR 10,000 di Samurai 2K Aerosol Johor - Maukerja

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and manage a finance team consisting of 3 Senior Executives and 3 Finance Executives, and work closely with the HOD on strategic financial matters.
• Oversee monthly closing activities, group consolidation and preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants and authorities for statutory submissions (audit, tax computation, CP204).
• Review and improve internal controls, accounting processes and financial policies for better compliance and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, management reports, cashflow projections and support the annual budgeting process.
• Ensure timely submission of reporting packages from subsidiaries and maintain alignment with group reporting requirements.
• Monitor group cashflow, liquidity and provide insight for strategic financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, statutory requirements and corporate governance.

Qualification:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing and full set of accounts is required.
• Exposure to group consolidation is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
