Front Desk – Dental Clinic (Job Scope)1. Patient Reception & Customer Service

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Register new patients and update existing patient records
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries
• Provide basic information about dental treatments and services

2. Appointment Management

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Manage the dentist’s daily schedule efficiently
• Send reminders to patients for upcoming appointments

3. Billing & Payment Handling

• Collect payments (cash, card, or online transfer)
• Issue receipts and invoices
• Explain treatment costs and available packages or promotions

4. Administrative Duties

• Maintain and organize patient records (manual or system)
• Handle data entry and ensure accurate documentation
• Assist with insurance or panel claim processing

5. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants
• Ensure smooth patient flow in the clinic
• Assist in daily clinic operations when needed

6. Clinic Front Area Management

• Keep reception and waiting area clean and organized
• Ensure a comfortable environment for patients

7. Upselling & Patient Education

• Recommend additional treatments when appropriate
• Explain benefits of services (e.g., scaling, whitening)
• Promote ongoing packages or clinic promotions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
