Kerja Sepenuh Masa Outlet Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Shalimar Teahouse Selangor - Maukerja

-Responsible for daily overall business activities in the outlet

-Drive and coach the outlet team to meet monthly & daily sales target

-Carry out stock check of inventory in the outlet monitor stock movement-Ensure smooth running in the day to day outlet operations in compliance to company policies, procedures and standards

-Ensure corporate level instructions and objective are achieved by outlet

-Manage and plan manpower issues in Outlet such as scheduling, attendance and recruitment

-Train new joiners in outlet to follow and ensure existing employee skills up to date and meets Company standards.

-Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
