Role Description The Marketing Campaign System Administrator / Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing marketing campaign systems and related IT infrastructure to support digital and offline marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, managing user access and permissions, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with marketing and IT teams to implement campaign workflows and automations. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing timely support to internal stakeholders, and documenting system processes and configurations. The administrator / executive will also contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing system usage, suggesting enhancements, and supporting integration between marketing tools, CRM platforms, and other business systems.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in System Administration, including configuration, maintenance, user management, and security controls for marketing and related business platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support, with the ability to diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and provide clear guidance to non-technical users.
• Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Information Technology, with a solid understanding of connectivity, data flows, and integration between systems.
• Relevant experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or campaign management platforms is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, IT, and operations teams.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
