Position Summary

The Outlet Manager is fully accountable for the overall performance of the outlet, overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure service excellence, profitability, and brand compliance. This role acts as the key link between Operations, kitchen, and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Operations & Performance

Manage daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

Deliver daily KPI.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, brand standards, and operational policies.

People Management & Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop outlet team members.

Monitor manpower scheduling and control labor cost.

Conduct staff briefings, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when required.

Foster a positive service culture focused on teamwork and accountability.

Customer Experience

Ensure high standards of service quality and guest engagement.

Handle escalated customer feedback and complaints professionally.

Monitor service speed, cleanliness, and atmosphere.

Cost Control & Administration

Manage inventory for FOH supplies in coordination with kitchen and procurement.

Prepare operational reports (sales, labor, incidents).

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Maintain outlet licenses, permits, and audit readiness.

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet.

Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with Operations team on menu execution and performance.

Support outlet openings, promotions, and operational improvements.

Key Requirements

Requirements

• For Malaysian and full time position only.
• Diploma: Field in F&B, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of F&B experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Required skills: Highly skilled in all aspects of coffee preparation: brewing, espresso, latte art, specialty drinks, etc.
• Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and cleanliness standards.You are dedicated to hospitality- You model empathy to your team and guests.
• Reliable and consistent with excellent communications skills
• Leadership: Staff training, scheduling, and customer conflict resolution.Having working experience in a high-end third-wave coffee environment is a bonus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
