We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Regional Manager to oversee, mentor, and expand our network of Funded Account Traders. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding remote traders using our proprietary funded accounts, ensuring risk management compliance, and optimizing trading performance across the region.

You will work closely with traders in our private signal and direction groups, providing continuous daily leadership and structural support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management: Onboard, manage, and evaluate a team of remote traders executing trades on funded accounts.
• Daily Direction & Group Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of trading signals, live market directions, and trade strategies shared within our dedicated trader support groups.
• Risk & Capital Management: Monitor trader performance, enforce strict drawdown limits, and maintain overall risk compliance across all funded accounts.
• Training & Mentorship: Coordinate training programs for entry-level and junior traders to help them maximize profit-share targets.
• Performance Reporting: Track team metrics, win rates, and profit allocations, reporting directly to executive leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Proven leadership, team management, or supervisory experience (experience in financial markets, prop trading, or affiliate management is a major plus).
• Trading Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics (Forex, Gold/XAUUSD, Crypto) and prop firm risk parameters.
• Communication: Excellent team management skills with the ability to guide and direct traders in real-time.
• Technical Setup: High-speed internet, a dedicated computer/laptop setup, and smartphone availability for live group updates.
