• Plan the maintenance of trucks with proper schedules.
• Prepare accurate maintenance records and ensure proper filing.
• Liaise with the finance department for payment processing related to truck repairs and services.
• Manage the condition of all company trucks and ensure they are always in good working order.
• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor drivers to ensure trucks are handled responsibly and are free from damage.
• Recommend maintenance strategies and cost-saving plans to management to reduce truck downtime and issues.
• Take preventive measures to avoid major breakdowns or costly repairs.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain trucks at optimum performance levels; stay alert to any signs of abnormal functioning or damage.
• Send trucks to workshops and track repair progress from time to time.
• Ensure trucks are sent for servicing according to the prescribed service schedule.
• Conduct daily inspections on all trucks.
• Assist with and handle truck breakdowns efficiently.
• Monitor PUSPAKOM inspection and road tax renewals to ensure timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
