• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare and file tax returns.
• Process payroll, including calculation of wages, withholding taxes, and other deductions.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely collection and payment.
