Sepenuh Masa ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in Venticare Medical (M) Sdn Bhd Shah Alam - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and handle full set of accounts including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) inventory, general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations with high accuracy.
• Perform banking transaction such as cheque processing, bank transfers, attend to bank front counter when required.
• To prepare in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports and schedules.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by Management.
• Support daily accounting operations and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
• Oversee cash flow management, including supplier payments and staff claims, ensuring compliance with company policy.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and discrepancies.
• Lead the liaison with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for year-end audit, tax filing, and other regulatory matters.
• Ensure all financial records, invoices, and vouchers are properly maintained, organized, and up-to-date. Provide support in financial analysis and internal process improvements.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• At least 3years of working experience for SPM level in tax, audit, or accounts.
• Preferable with SQL accounting system.
• Able to handle a full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities independently.
• Able to support and manage payment transfers outside regular working days, including weekends, as required.
• Required Skills: Ms Excel , Word
• Familiarity with Malaysia's e-Invoicing requirements is preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
