Tanggungjawab

Position: E-Commerce RMA Inspector (Xiaomi Project)

Work Location: Metrohub 2 Warehouse 6 ,LOT 109363, Persiaran Bukit Raja Kayangan/KU5,
Bandar Bukit Raja, 41050 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Off

Job Scope

  • Perform inspection and basic functional testing on returned products (RMA) from customers, dealers, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Check product condition and identify defects according to Xiaomi inspection guidelines.
  • Record inspection results accurately in the system or report forms.
  • Sort products based on inspection results (repair, replacement, refurbishment, or scrap).
  • Handle return and exchange items from Mi Store, dealers, Shopee, and Lazada channels.
  • Ensure returned items are properly labeled, packed, and stored in the designated warehouse area.
  • Coordinate with the service center, warehouse team, and logistics team for product movement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area (5S).
  • Follow company SOP, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with stock checking and other warehouse-related tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Basic knowledge of electronic products is an advantage
  • Able to use a computer for basic data entry (e.g., Excel)
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a warehouse environment

Attendance Requirement

  • Employees are required to maintain good attendance and punctuality.
  • Late attendance, absenteeism, or leaving work without approval may be subject to company disciplinary action.
  • Employees must follow the company’s attendance and leave policy at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
