Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel arrivals, departures, and berthing in compliance with port and maritime regulations.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, cargo manifests, and related paperwork.
• Communicate with port authorities, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in planning and scheduling vessel movements, cargo handling, and crew changes.
• Support customs documentation and clearance processes for vessels and cargo.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, and local and international maritime regulations and environmental standards.
• Handle documentation such as Bills of Lading, Manifests, OKTB, and Invoices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the shipping industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
