Summary

• Base Pay ($2600) plus AWS plus VB plus Annual Salary Adjustment

• 5 day week (Mon-Fri, 8.15am to 5.30pm)

• Location: Gul Circle (Company Transportation provided from selected MRT stations)

Job Responsibilities:

 ·        Administrative support to sales department.

·        Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable.

·        Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.

·        Attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied.

·        To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.

·        To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.

·        Prepare quotations.

·        Experience in utilizing AI tools and Microsoft BC 365 will be an added advantage.

·        Any other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·       Min Diploma education preferred

·       At least 1 year experience as a Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be advantageous.

·       Sales/Customer service oriented & possess good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills and able to communicate with multiple levels of employees are necessary to excel in this role.

·       Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel

·       Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
