We have an urgent requirement for Scrum Master is required for our client in Malaysia
We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions
- Help the team identify and remove blockers
- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices
- Track and report on team performance metrics
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment
- Work with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness
- Promote continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks and delivery timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
