Position: IT Intern

Job Description / Responsibilities:

· Provide technical assistance and IT support to users including hardware, software, and network-related issues.

· Assist in system installation, configuration, and maintenance for PCs, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment.

· Support email management and basic troubleshooting for company email systems.

· Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tracking of hardware and software.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and IT records.

· Assist in HRMS and other internal system setup, configuration, and basic support.

· Provide remote IT support when required.

· Assist in website design, development, and basic content updates.

· Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the department or management.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 per month
