What You'll Do:

• Monitor preventive maintenance programs as well as manage a team of contractors and/ or service providers to ensure work is carry out effectively and efficiently.
• Handle occupants' request in a timely manner as well as identify, plan and initiate improvement works to enhance the value of the properties.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for the property.
• Assist all tender processes and the selection and appointment of vendors for property services which include of cleaning, security, maintenance and landscape in compliance with JMB established review and approval.
• Collaborate with Township Security to ensure the security and physical safety of the properties.
• Liaise with various authorities in order to adhere to internal and external compliance, legal and ethical requirements and set a standard of practices in particular on the compliance to Strata Management Act 2013.
• Adhere to internal and external compliance, legal and ethical requirements and set a standard of best practices in particular for strata management scheme.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure that the tenants are provided with a high standard of service at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Professional Certificate in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Building or Property Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of working experience in property management.
• Experience handling residential and/or common property.
• Demonstrate good understanding of building and maintenance contractual processes and documentation.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Independent, Self-Driven and Honest personality.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders, including finance team and contractors.
