Job Summary

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluation with researching and analyzing options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. To serve existing customers and develop new customer base.

2. To handle customer enquiries/complaints efficiency and effectively.

3. To have good knowledge and understanding of the products to be sold.

4. To conduct product presentations to customer at all levels.

5. To handle customers/sales inquiries and be responsible for collection of accounts.

6. To feedback market information, e.g. competitors, new products, quality, market opportunities.

7. To carry out effective selling strategies and sales plans to combat competition.

8. To maintain good working relations with all customers and ensure that all complaints of company's products are readily attended and resolved.

Job Specification

· Possess a Diploma/Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Food Science / Business / Marketing or equivalent from a recognized institute of higher learning.

· 1-3 years’ experience in sales is preferred.

· Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply for this position.

· Good interpersonal, selling, negotiation and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, strong analytical planning and organizing skills.
Aggressive and result oriented.

· Team player who is able to maintain effective working relationship

· Able to communicate with all levels in an organization

· Eager to learn and consistently seek to improve professionally through technical and other trainings.

· Willing to travel outstation to service customers or meeting

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
